    @kyogre3546

    A draw would result in a tie-break.

    *SPOILERS*

    Topalov had his chance with white on game 12 which he needed to win but lost outright.

    at 13:15 when annand moves the knight to c4 why didnt topolav play bishop to b4 hitting a check? wouldnt he pick up the bishop on g3???

    @jemot7 Firstly, my idea of Bxd5 is definately bad as Topalov simply moves his Queen onto the d file, pinning the bishop, and Anand cannot get a second defender for his bishop – after exd5 the resulting passed e pawn will cause serious problems for white.
    No threats after your moves as the f8 square has 2 attackers and 2 defenders regardless of the f pawn move.

    @jrobichess I read somewhere that Carlsen is the top rated player in the world. If so, why is Topalov playing agianst Anand rather than Carlsen? Great commentary on the game, by the way.

    13:06 why didn’t topalov move his dark squared bishop to b4 I think to hit a check and then he could take anands dark squared bishop o.o

    why didn’t anand opt for leaving his pawn on g4 and pushing the h pawn to h5, then come in with his bishop while his king was still closer?

    Thanks for the video as usual…good job!

    I’m hoping for Anand to win the next two games!.. Highly optimistic, but I’ve noticed that, despite the apparent momentum swing in favour of Topalov, Anand ALMOST won game 9 (let’s face it, he missed 3-4 opportunities to win, and time-trouble prevented him from finding the win), and he didn’t have too much difficulty drawing this one (despite a tense middle game).. It should be fun!.. only 8-9 hours to go!

    For some reason, the only like that occurs when I watch your videos only happens during the opening music. It’s like the youtube player adheres to your brilliance ;D
