Miley feels guilty for the accident and when she goes to tell Joe ( Demi’s boyfriend and her best friend) what happened he already knows and blames Miley. Joe remembers Demi all the time and when Miley wants to apologize and talk to him about it he ignores her and just walks away. Miley feels so bad because Demi is gone and its all her fault and her best friend Joe doesnt want to talk to her so she suicides.
