Yeah, why the fuck did I get a -6?
I swear, some people just don’t have a sense of humor. I think it’s from people who haven’t a clue on what being a real skinhead is all about.
Think about it, who better to turn to about rare and obscure Jamaican music than a skinhead? How many people other than skinheads and aficionados know about ska, rocksteady and reggae? They single-handedly made it popular in England in 69. There’s an entire genre called “Skinhead Reggae”.
So yes, it does help!

What type of reggae are you talking about? You must mean the rastafarian type.
Skinhead Reggae was when the artist were talking about issues easily understood by the working class, such as issues of love, poverty, violence and whatnot.
Not unless you’re one of the people who think all skins are racist, then that makes you a hypocrite for judging and labeling certain people you have little knowledge of that you assume do just that.

It help because reggae is the sound of the Skinehad subculture. Long time before Bob Marley, Skinheads make reggae music popular.

The fucking true sound of the skinhead subculture is reggae. So yes it can helps being a skinhead to like reggae. But I don’t sy that just skinheads can listen to reggae. Everybody can love reggae as a skinhead can.
