I really loved this video. Im in Australia and the brushes are so much more expensive over here. The MAC 239 brush is $48 compared to the lowe-cornell which is $5.50 HUGE difference. Such a great way for us non-make up artist mums to save money without losing quality

Thanks so much Enkore! This is a great vid that I will be passing on to Savvy City Girl readers. The cost difference between the MAC and LC brushes that you cover in this vid is $207.89, which for comparable items is amazing. I agree with xjaynikkix, you MUST be sent from makeup heaven!!!

I was in A.C. Moore awhile back looking for something else and passed by the isle with the paint brushes and I thought to myself they look just like makeup brushes. Wow!!! Great to see that you really can use the paint brushes for makeup brushes. Thanks for the video!!

This video is great! I don’t know why more people don’t use paint brushes because make-up is an art form like any other might as well use the right tools! ;)

I am an artist and I can contest to the fact that the L.C. brushes you are showing are indeed high quality. For some reason I never thought to use my painting brushes for my make up! Cool thing, I don’t need to go out and buy any lol! Thank you soo much for this, you are awesome!
