@32GaugeSlug This is not stupid. It’s do-able, and it would take less hay than most people think. a bale of hay is very compacted. It would spread out over a lot of water. It would wash back toward shore. The Southern U.S. has a good supply of hay just now.

@1TtidnaB I agree. I only stopped laughing yesterday. A full week of hysterical laughter about those poor animals all dying through suffocation in a toxic soup.

@LostEvolution Surely, the cost of beef being high for a few months, or a year max, is preferable to ecological devastation and the destruction of hundreds of miles of unique nature reserves and coast line and the deaths of thousands of innocent animals? Seems like a no brainer to me.

This is stupid, who wants to clean up oil spill? Oil spills are supposed to be funny you idiots, I particularly find it hilarious when animals get oil on them. If those idiotic dolphins and seals manages to get covered in oil, they deserve what they get.

If you get oil on the beach, fuck it – just dont go there, or go to another beach, its not a big deal. Stop being such crybaby pussies “eeeew I got oil on me” – STFU! GTFO! Goddamn weaklings. Oil spills are meant to be enjoyed.

@32GaugeSlug I would agree with memeatronic. it’s 100s of thousands of acres. tax payers would pay for the clean up, and then pay to subsidize farms to keep the price of beef and other foods from going up. What do you think would happen to the price of hay if you take a couple million acres off the market?

This is fucking amazing!!! The gov wont use this, as they’ve already probably ploughed billions into contracts to clear all this up.

ZwankaInc, your negativity is pointless. He put several litres of oil in the water. used a pound of hay to soak it up. A barrel is 200 liters. so, say, 100 pounds of hay, or 2 bales. 1000 barrels, 2000 bales of hay. So yes, several large truckloads of hay per day to keep pace with the spill as it happens. And especially as a barrier near shore. Calling this a stupid idea IS stupid.

This is just some hay farmers trying to make a buck, and drive up the price of hay. How am I going to feed my kids if the price of hay goes up? They’ll eat my furniture!

    nar nar naaar hehe :)

AMAZING! Well, IF this presentation is true and IF the hay soaks up the oil as you’re showing us… then, what are you waiting for?! Get this idea moving ASAP!! All I can say is, “I pray that this idea works and the Oil companies are paying attention so they can get all the mess cleaned up fast before more animals and sea life continue to be destroyed. What a SHAME… God is watching, folks!

Many Youtube discussions seem to end up as a discussion about the Jews. Today I was wondering, “What’s the most un-Jew related subject matter that the commentators are able to connect with the KIKES somehow?”
YOU win the prize. YOU found a connection between HAY, OIL AND THE KIKES.

great idea as hay works like a sponge and would save thousands of lives of aquatic marine life&people.animals have much more dignity as greedy people caused this mess.

Has anyone heard of using barley hay in ponds? They sell it at places that have pond equipment. It’s mostly sold in a cube that you let the water run over. It does an excellent job clearing the water in the pond. There is something in hay that acts as a clarifier for water, and it’s non toxic. I have a friend that grows barley and sells it to people with ponds. I’, NOT kiddinng! These guys deserve a shot at this!
